I was surprised with the a double room. The bed was comfortable and there were climate control, coffee/tea makers, and an electronic key card to use. The location was quiet in the peaceful area...

Request for a room away from the breakfast area to avoid noise. It can get quite loud during peak hours.

The design of the hotel is fine, with beautiful decor in both the lobbies and rooms. The small private garden added a lovely touch. While the spa facilities were great, the experience was somewhat marred by a lack of staff availability during peak hours, and the dining options left something to be desired. Despite the excellent ambiance, service inconsistencies hindered a completely seamless stay.

The staff was helpful I really appreciated Tippy at reception were very good to help us with our plans. She. Another highlight was the beautiful pool area, so serene but honestly reminded me of it should've been more kid friendly.
It was certainly pricey but still acceptable.

The room was gorgeous, and the level of service was very nice. Breakfast was definitely the best in japan, and the location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the station. Highly recommend checking out the thai restaurant too!

good climate control, spacious room, view overlooking a Temple
The spa needs serious upgrades!!! The sauna is way too cramped for relaxation, and the Thai restaurant barely offers any choices with mediocre food. The laundry process should be more transparent regarding costs!!!

great stay but minor issues
The service was really good from arrival to departure. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, with everything I needed throughout my three nights. Breakfast each morning was a standout, with dishes that catered to diverse tastes, setting it apart from my previous experiences. The beautifully designed spaces enhanced my overall enjoyment.
I felt that the dining options could be expanded to better cater to different meal times and preferences.
